PAYMENTS/ORDERS

ShopSkinByASK accepts all major credit cards with a US billing address as well as Paypal. Please create an account and log-in to view products. To order BR, Skinbetter or ZO products please text us at 5184143588 or email hello@skinbyask.com and we will email you an invoice to complete your order. These brands do not allow for direct online sales as they are to be prescribed for your skin skin’s specific needs so please reach out to us and we will be happy to help you. 

SHIPPING

Free shipping on full priced orders over $100 – under $100 will be charged a flat fee of $9.99. Overnight Shipping available for a flat fee of $35-60 upon request. During sale periods there is a shipping fee of $9.99-14.99 no matter the order total. Orders are shipped with USPS 2-day priority mail within 1 business day upon receipt of your order if items is in stock. During sales please allow for longer shipping times from 3-5 business days to high volume. Tracking info will automatically go to your email address from Rollo shipping manager, please check your spam folder if you do not receive it. If items are out of stock you will be emailed and notified of those items and the in-stock items will be shipped while the out of stock items will be shipped once inventory comes in. Delivery time of your order depends on your shipping location and generally takes anywhere from 2-4 business days. If you have questions please email Shop SkinByASK at hello@skinbyask.com.

***Disclaimer***  Once an order has left Skin By ASK, it is in the care of the delivery service. Skin By ASK is not liable for any errors made by the shipping provider and/or lost/stolen packages. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to USPS or UPS and their customer service department. If you want to insure your package for the whole value of the order please contact Andrew directly and he can let you know the fee for that. Shop Skin By ASK will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

RETURNS/EXCHANGE

SkinByAsk offers a 14-day exchange policy from the day you receive your products for store credit only. We do not refund to credit cards when an item is returned you will receive a credit to use towards your next order or you can exchange for a different product. You may send back a product that is brand new, unopened and in original packaging that is suitable to resell. Anything in non-sellable condition will be refused and you will not receive a store credit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and also to re-ship an exchange to you. Any products purchased during a sale period with % off or GWP are final sale no exceptions. Please email hello@skinbyask.com to initiate a return or exchange.
