PAYMENTS/ORDERS

ShopSkinByASK accepts all major credit cards with a US billing address and Paypal. Please create an account on the shop page and log-in to view products, add them to your cart and checkout. You’ll be emailed a receipt confirming your order number. If any items are on back-order and out of stock you will be notified with your order.

SHIPPING

Free shipping on orders over $60 – under will be charged a flat fee of $5.99. Orders are shipped with USPS 2-day priority mail within 1-2 business days upon receipt of your order. Tracking info will automatically go to your email address, please check your spam folder if you do not receive it. If items are out of stock you will be emailed and notified of those items and the in-stock items will be shipped while the out of stock items will be shipped once inventory comes in. Delivery time of your order depends on your shipping location and generally takes anywhere from 2-3 business days. If you require your products to be sent UPS please reach out to Andrew directly. *Disclaimer* Once an order has left Skin By ASK, it is in the care of the postal service. Skin By ASK is not liable for any errors made by the shipping provider and/or lost/stolen packages. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to USPS and their customer service department. Each priority mail package comes with $50 of insurance, should you want to insure your package for the whole value please contact Andrew directly and he can let you know the fee for that. Shop Skin By ASK will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.

RETURNS

If you would like to return any product purchases you have 7 days from the date you receive your package to return the product to Skin By ASK. Please complete the below return authorization form to start your return process. Products that are eligible for a return must be in saleable brand new, unopened condition and no damage to the original packaging/box. If the product has been opened we will not be able to accept a return. There is a 10% restocking fee for any returns and the buyer is responsible to pay for return shipping. Once we receive your return and examine the item condition we will process the return within 3 business days.
