Shipping & Returns
ShopSkinByASK accepts all major credit cards with a US billing address. Please create an account on the shop page and log-in to view products, add them to your cart and checkout. You’ll be emailed a receipt confirming your order number. If any items are on back-order and out of stock you will be notified with your order. To order BR or Skinbetter products please email email@example.com and Andrew will email you an invoice to complete online.
Free shipping on orders over $50 – under will be charged a flat fee of $7.99. Orders are shipped with USPS 2-day priority mail within 1 business day upon receipt of your order. Tracking info will automatically go to your email address, please check your spam folder if you do not receive it. If items are out of stock you will be emailed and notified of those items and the in-stock items will be shipped while the out of stock items will be shipped once inventory comes in. Delivery time of your order depends on your shipping location and generally takes anywhere from 2-4 business days. If you have questions please email Shop SkinByASK at firstname.lastname@example.org.
***Disclaimer*** Once an order has left Skin By ASK, it is in the care of the delivery service. Skin By ASK is not liable for any errors made by the shipping provider and/or lost/stolen packages. Any damage caused during shipping should be directed to USPS or UPS and their customer service department. If you want to insure your package for the whole value of the order please contact Andrew directly and he can let you know the fee for that. Shop Skin By ASK will supply you with the necessary information needed in the event that a claim needs to be filed with a shipping provider. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
No returns on skincare products once they have been shipped out from Skin By ASK. Please make sure you are 100% sure about your purchase before ordering.
